In order to achieve environmental protection and low nitrogen emission, gas boiler should consider from three aspects. First, confirm whether the furnace meets the needs of low nitrogen combustion from the heat load parameters of furnace volume and furnace size.Second, confirm the application of low nitrogen combustion technology from the perspective of burner and report the test results in actual use;Three related equipment matching to confirm its rationality from a combustion system, such as single and double fan parameters, flue gas recycling rate, smoke wind mixing way, the precipitation of condensate solution, cold air heating measures, FGR flame stability, FGR impact on the boiler thermal efficiency and so on, analyzed and equipment selection of boiler running safety, stability, the influence of load rate, especially the FGR flame stability of furnace vibration influence;Finally, the conclusion is drawn whether the selected boiler meets the requirement of low nitrogen environmental protection emission.
All-in-one structure is applied, and the mounting flange is articulated, so it is featured in simple structure, easy and quick operation and maintenance. It is especially applicable for the thermal oil furnace for asphalt heating, the drying drum of the movable mixing plant, the drying drum of the small-sized fixed asphalt mixing plant and other heating equipment under severe conditions; its power is 134kW~1,0714kW. This burner is suitable for various of fuels: light oil, oil mixture, heavy/residual oil, gas, oil/gas. Compressed air or steam is used as the atomizing medium of the fuel series burner; thus, only 2~5kg oil pump pressure is required. It is especially applicable for the site with complicated fuels.

Streamline arc design reduces wind resistance and consumption power of the whole machine largely; S-shaped turbocharger technology enhances anti-resistance ability, so as to adapt to various of hearth; the combination of combustion optimization and intelligent control makes sure approximately 100% combustion efficiency and saves plenty of fuel. The abstract analog frequency control can save up to 70% starting power, and about 40% starting power can be saved every year averagely. 1.5% O2 precise control technology improves energy efficiency largely
Environmental protection
EBICO patent technologies, including multiple air distribution, multiple gas distribution and central premixing technology, minimize NOx and CO emission. Circular oblique flow inlet air, frequency control design and broadband control technology (optional) reduce about 30% noise.
Intelligent
Intelligent program controller, digital manipulator, electronic load regulator, frequency regulator(optional),the supported external communication Modbus485 and Profibus-DP can upload controlled data, realize network communication and remote communication, and form accurate and intelligent central control of EBICO.

It feautres compact streamline design,electrical device and control module skid-mounting, small size, sufficient output power, low electric power, easy malign-ance and installation.
Quiet
The newly developed wide air-intake muffler and S-shaped air supply system have greatly decr-eased the noise level during burner operation. By replacing the traditional external muffler, it is able to offer a quiet environment.
Maintenance
The ES series features very simple maintenance due to the design of a door on the top of burner’s body and control box respectively. The maintenance can be easily made by opening the door. Such fast and high-efficiency performance contributes to the experience during the design of EBICO integration module system.
Fuel more intelligent control system, adopt international famous brand PLC as the core controller, according to different fuels, the choice of different control procedures, to realize the automatic ignition, automatic flame-out protection system, automatic adjustment, automatic wind load and coal proportion adjustment of oil and gas, combustion fault automatic monitoring alarm, can implement chain and equipment protection, at the same time, the control system can also be used with equipment integration for an organic whole, to realize automatic equipment operation parameters setting and burner operation parameters matching, improve overall equipment automatic control effect.
