  There are two kinds of pulverized coal burner, i. e.iFaBoiler Burner

  (1) swirling pulverized coal burner: the primary air cyclone, secondary air conditioning baffle (cyclone blade or volute) and a secondary air nozzle.It can be placed on the front wall, two walls or front and rear walls of the combustion chamber.The air conveying pulverized coal is called primary wind, which accounts for about 15 ~ 30% of the total air volume required for combustion.A mixture of pulverized coal air is injected into the combustion chamber through a primary air nozzle of the burner.The other air needed for combustion is called secondary air.The secondary air passes through the adjusting baffle of the burner (cyclone blade or volute) and forms the rotating air flow, which forms a rotating jet at the outlet of the burner and the primary air sink.The negative pressure formed by the jet base sucks the high-temperature smoke into the flame root.This high temperature flue gas is the primary source of coal ignition.The diffuser cone at the primary air outlet can increase the slack Angle of primary air to enhance the entrainment effect of high temperature flue gas.iFaBoiler Burner
