Air supply system
The function of the air supply system is to send air of certain wind speed and air volume into the combustion chamber.
Shell: it is the main component of installation bracket of each part of burner and fresh air inlet passage.From the appearance, it can be divided into box type and gun type. Most box burners have an outer cover of injection material, and the power is generally small.The shell is usually made of high strength lightweight alloy castings.
Fan motor: it mainly provides power for the operation of fan impeller and high pressure oil pump.Some small burners use single-phase motors, which can only work properly if they rotate in a certain direction.
Fan impeller: generate enough wind pressure through high-speed rotation to overcome the resistance of furnace and chimney, and blow enough air into the combustion chamber to meet the needs of combustion.It is composed of cylindrical wheels loaded with blades with a certain tilt Angle. Its composition is generally made of high-strength light alloy steel, as well as injection molded products. All qualified fan impeller have good balance performance.
Air gun barrel: ACTS as a guide for airflow and stabilizes wind pressure. It is also an integral part of the air inlet passage.Its composition is generally high strength and high temperature resistant alloy steel.
Damper controller: is a driving device, through the mechanical linkage control damper rotation.Generally, there are two kinds of hydraulic drive controller and servo motor controller, the former works stably and is not easy to produce faults, the latter controls accurately and the air volume changes smoothly.

Diffuser plate (air conditioner) : its special structure can produce rotating airflow, which can help the air and fuel mix adequately, and also regulate the secondary air volume.
Ignition system
The function of the ignition system is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel.
Ignition transformer: it is a kind of conversion element that produces high voltage output. The output voltage is generally 2X5KV, 2X6, 2X7, and the output current is generally 15~30MA.
Ignition electrode: converts high voltage electric energy into light energy and heat energy through arc discharge to ignite fuel.
Electric fire high voltage cable: its function is to transmit electrical energy.
Iv. Monitoring system
The function of the monitoring system is to ensure the safe operation of the burner.
Flame detector: its main function is to monitor the formation of the flame, and produce a signal report program controller.There are three main types of flame monitoring: photosensitive resistor, UV eye, ionization electrode.
Pressure monitor: generally used for gas burners, mainly including gas high pressure, low pressure detection, and elegant detection, if the burner is used for steam boiler, and steam pressure monitoring.
Temperature detector: monitoring and control of fuel oil (heavy oil) temperature.
Electric control system
Electronic control system is the command center and contact center of the above systems, the main control components for the program controller, for different burners with different program controller, common program controller has: LFL series, LAL series, the main difference is the time of each procedure.
