In this paper a new sort of swirl pulverized coal burner, Radial Bias Combustion swirl burner(RBC),is introduced. A pulverized coal concentrator is set in the important air passage, and the major air is separated into two parts, one has the greater attention of particles than another, because the gas prosperous jet owns a more desirable flame balance and the over all stoichimetric ratio is the identical as an regular swirl burner, pulverized coal combustion will have right flame stability,lower NOx emission and excessive efficiency. The pace and turbulent kinetic power of air、particle diameter and particle awareness of the burner beneath one-of-a-kind attitude of lean major air outlet are measured with the aid of a Phase\|Doppler Particle Dynamic Analyzer(PDA), and consequences of lean principal air outlet attitude on the RBC are analyzed. The consequences furnish reference for enterprise utility and most effective design.
