Equipment for reasonably mixing fuel with air to stabilize ignition and complete combustion of fuel.Burners are used to burn pulverized coal, liquid and gaseous fuels in boilers and industrial furnaces.Coal - fired small - sized boilers generally adopt layer - burning mode, without burners.Burners can be divided into pulverized coal burners, oil burners and gas burners according to the different fuels burned.Pulverized coal burner is divided into two types: swirling flow and direct flow.Swirling pulverized coal burner: it is mainly composed of primary air cyclone, secondary air regulating baffle (swirl blade or volute) and primary and secondary air nozzle (FIG. 1).It can be arranged on the front, side or front and rear walls of the combustion chamber.The air conveying pulverized coal is called primary wind.
Code of safe operation for gas burners and burners
Because the main fuel of gas burner combustion machine is divided into natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas and other combustible gases, these fuels are flammable, explosive dangerous gas, in the use and storage process should be highly concerned about the safety, otherwise major safety accidents will occur.In order to ensure safe debugging operation, the operation standard of gas burner is formulated as follows:
1. The inspection before the debugging of the combustion machine of the gas burner has three aspects:
1.Check whether the gas is in place, whether the gas pipeline is clean and unobstructed, and whether the valve is open.
2.Whether there is pipeline leakage phenomenon, whether the pipeline installation is reasonable.
3.Drain from the pipeline in front of the gas valve to ensure that there is no mixed air in the pipeline, and the drain should be connected to the outside.
2. Internal inspection of gas burner burner
1.Whether the burner head is installed and adjusted well.
2.Whether the direction of motor rotation is correct.
3.Whether the external circuit connection meets the requirements.
4.According to the circuit condition, the cold simulation of the burner is carried out to observe whether all parts of the equipment are normal and whether the flame detection protection part is normal.
Three, the gas burner combustion machine debugging
1.Check whether the external gas is in place, the pipeline is unobstructed and the external power supply is in place.
2.Adjust the burner load to a small load, the ignition position to a small load, close the large load for ignition and observe the flame condition, according to the flame condition of the servo motor or throttle
Five, gas engine debugging and maintenance matters needing attention
1.When the second ignition program of the gas burner fails continuously, it should be stopped to check whether the gas supply system of the burner is normal and whether the circuit connection is correct. The burner can be restarted after the fault is removed.2.Do not use spanner or metal bar to strike or rub the gas supply pipeline, to avoid static electricity or spark, causing gas explosion.
3.Smoking, welding, cutting and other illegal operations in the air supply valve group or pipe flange face are strictly prohibited.
4.Do not carry out any open fire test in the pipeline, valve group and pressure regulating valve to avoid major accidents.
5.Test whether there is fuel in the supply line, usually with a gas low pressure gauge.
6.In the supply gas pipeline, it is empty, but there is residual gas or liquid droplets in the wall of the pipe, such as electrostatic spark and open fire will also cause combustion and explosion.
7.When the supply gas line has been ventilated, and the valve group has a fault to disassemble, first must cut off the front of the valve group main valve, and then to the main valve to the valve group this section of the pipeline to vent the gas, then can be disassembled and maintenance of the valve group.
8.In the debugging work, the gas must be done seriously, safely and efficiently.
9.Do not use electric tools without explosion-proof on site.
10. VPS504 leak detection device must be inspected before use.
It is recommended to use VPS504 leak detection device for burners with 116,000 kcal and above. If the user is not qualified, the customer shall be liable for the accident caused thereby.
