First, the requirements for the boiler site:
1.People unrelated to the debugging operation are asked to leave the site.
2.No other work (such as welding, gas cutting, etc.) is allowed.
3.In order to protect the personal safety of the commissioning personnel, when the burner ignites, it should be 1 meter away from the side of the burner. After the flame burns steadily, the flame can be observed in the observation mirror, and the next step of output adjustment and other adjustments can be made.
Then there is the internal inspection of the gas burner
1.Whether the burner head is installed and adjusted properly.
2.Whether the motor is rotating in the correct direction.
3.Whether the external circuit connection meets the requirements.
4.According to the circuit condition, the burner is simulated in cold state, and all parts of the equipment in operation are observed to see if they are normal and the flame detection and protection part is normal.
The second is about the inspection of the burner before debugging
1.Check whether the gas is in place, whether the gas pipeline is clean and unobstructed, and whether the valve is open.
2.Whether there is pipeline leakage phenomenon, whether the pipeline installation is reasonable.
3.Discharge air from the pipeline in front of the gas valve to ensure that there is no mixed air in the pipeline, and the exhaust pipe should be installed outside.
Finally, the burner debugging
1.Check whether the external gas is in place, the pipeline is unobstructed, and the external power supply control is in place.
2.Adjust the burner load to a small load and the ignition position to a small load, close the large load for ignition and observe the flame condition. Adjust the servomotor or damper and gas valve set accordingly according to the flame condition.
3.When adjusting the fire output of the burner, it is necessary to adjust the load gradually from a smaller load to a larger one according to the load of the thermal equipment, and adjust the servo motor or damper accordingly according to the situation.
4.Observe the unbiased flame, incomplete flame combustion, vibration and other phenomena.
5.After the adjustment to carry out several ignition, observe whether the ignition is good.
