Oil burning burners of rotary kilns are becoming more and more popular in the market. Today, I'd like to give you a brief introduction to the operating instructions of oil burning burners of rotary kilns.VwOBoiler Burner
1) Heat the oil supply pipe with steam, open the purge valve of the fuel pipe, connect the fuel pipe with steam, heat and purge the fuel nozzle, and then close the purge valve and steam regulating valve;VwOBoiler Burner
2) Lift the flue ram;VwOBoiler Burner
3) Open the butterfly valve in front of the burner by about 1/6, so that there is light air in the air distributor; If there is a natural air inlet, the combustion supporting air butterfly valve may not be opened;VwOBoiler Burner
4) Open the atomizing steam (or preheated compressed air) valve, adjust the atomizing medium pressure to 0.4Mpa, and keep it relatively stableVwOBoiler Burner
5) Insert the ignition torch (or turn on the ignition switch);VwOBoiler Burner
6) Open and gradually open the oil valve in front of the burner, so that the displayed value of the oil pressure gauge is 0.35Mpa, and the oil mist is on fire;VwOBoiler Burner
7) If compressed air is used for atomization at normal temperature, it shall be carried out in the order of (6), (5) and (4) (that is, oil shall be opened before air);VwOBoiler Burner
8) After the flame is stable, open the butterfly valve gradually and add combustion air until no smoke is emitted, which means the ignition is successful;VwOBoiler Burner
9) If the ignition fails, the oil valve shall be closed immediately, the air butterfly valve shall be opened, and the fuel mist in the furnace shall be removed, otherwise the torch shall not be inserted into the ignition again;VwOBoiler Burner
10) The reasons for unsuccessful ignition are: too low oil temperature, too much water in steam, too large opening of combustion air butterfly valve, too little or too much fuel, too low air or steam pressure, etc;VwOBoiler Burner
11) After the cause is found out, the above steps 1 to 7 can be repeated until the flame is stable, and the ignition can be considered successful
