　　The smoke duct and FGR recirculation pipeline of the all-in-one machine are simple in layout structure. The flue gas comes out of the pot and is discharged from the chimney after cooling by the energy saver.The FGR recirculating flue takes part of the flue gas after the energy economizer, and the burner joins with the air before sending it to the furnace for combustion.On the one hand, the flue gas absorbs the heat of the flame, reducing the flame combustion temperature, on the other hand, the flue gas reduces the oxygen in the reaction zone, effectively reducing the production of thermal NOx;A trap is set on the FGR flue to control the recirculating fume volume.JVCBoiler Burner

　　The smoke duct of the splitter is relatively complex.For WNS boiler and water tube boiler equipped with a burner, noise of burner and fan should be fully considered when designing boiler room. Sound insulation cover can be added outside burner and blower to reduce noise of boiler room.If the boiler and fan are not in the same operating layer, attention should be paid to the arrangement of air ducts and recirculating pipelines to reduce elbows and maintain stable air pressure in front of the burner.JVCBoiler Burner

　　For large water tube boilers, 1~3 burners are equipped. Micro-positive pressure combustion is generally adopted. If the smoke duct resistance is large, balanced ventilation is considered to be adopted.JVCBoiler Burner

　　The flue duct of the boiler can be divided into five parts:JVCBoiler Burner

• 　　Boiler body flue
• 　　The flue between the rear heating surface and the chimney
• 　　Blower to the inlet of mixing bellows
• 　　The flue gas recirculation pipeline is arranged with recirculation fan
• 　　Mixing bellows to burner inlet

　　In these smoke duct should set the corresponding temperature, pressure measurement point, through the measurement point pressure, temperature detection, one is to ensure that there is a stable pressure gradient between the smoke duct, temperature gradient, two is the pressure head to overcome the smoke duct resistance, to ensure the smooth smoke duct.Smoke duct layout should reduce the elbow, especially the phenomenon of sharp turn, otherwise seriously affect the stability of wind pressure, cause combustion instability, flame pulsation, causing unpredictable consequences.JVCBoiler Burner
