I. the inspection before the commissioning of the fuel engine has three aspects:
1. Check whether the diesel is in place, whether the fuel line is clean and unobstructed, and whether the valve has been opened.
2. Whether there is pipeline leakage phenomenon and whether the pipeline installation is reasonable.
3. Whether the oil inlet and return pipe is installed correctly, and the return pipe is not allowed to install the valve
Two, fuel engine internal inspection
1. Whether the nozzle of the burner is installed and the ignition electrode is properly adjusted.
2. Whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct.
3. Whether the external circuit connection meets the requirements.
4. Perform cold state simulation of the combustion machine according to the line condition, and observe whether all parts of the equipment are normal in operation and whether the flame detection and protection part is normal.
Third, the combustion engine debugging
1. Check whether the external diesel is in place, whether the pipeline is unobstructed and the external power supply is in place.
2. Adjust the load of the burner to a small load and the ignition position to a small load accordingly. Turn off the large load for ignition and observe the flame condition.
3. Adjust the fire output of the combustion machine, according to the load of the thermal equipment, from a relatively small load to a large load adjustment, and according to the situation of the servo motor or throttle adjustment.
4. Observe the unbiased flame, incomplete flame combustion, vibration and other phenomena.
5. Conduct multiple ignition after adjustment to observe whether the ignition is good.
Iv. Site requirements:
1. Personnel irrelevant to debugging operation shall leave the operation site.
2. Any other operation (such as welding, gas cutting, etc.) is prohibited.
3. In order to ensure the personal safety of the debugging personnel, when the burner is ignited, it should be 1 meter away from the side of the burner. When the flame is stable, it can observe the flame in the observation mirror and make the next output adjustment and other adjustments.
Five, fuel engine debugging and maintenance matters needing attention
1. In case of continuous failure of the secondary ignition program of the fuel burner, it shall stop the machine to check whether the fuel supply system of the burner is normal and whether the circuit connection is correct. Only after the fault is solved can the burner be restarted.
2. Smoking, welding, cutting and other illegal operations are strictly prohibited.
3. During debugging, it is necessary to be serious, safe and efficient.
4. No explosion-proof electric power tools are allowed on site.
5. Explain safety operation precautions to customers in detail.
6. Check whether the oil circuit is open before starting up.
7. It is suggested that the commissioning of fuel engines should not be carried out at night.
8. At the end of debugging, operators should be organized to train them on the direction of operation and establish operation procedures if necessary
