Matters needing attention when burner is used
1. Connect the peripheral circuit. When the boiler temperature, pressure and water level are automatically controlled, please connect according to the wiring diagram of the control system.
2. The suction pipe shall not be close to the bottom of the oil tank and shall be kept at a distance of 80-120mm.The burner should be shut off before filling the fuel tank, and the fuel can be injected into the tank after filtration, and can be restarted after filling for 20 minutes. No oil or air leakage shall be allowed in the oil system.Check the fuel tank before starting the burner.
3. The size of the damper should match the nozzle specifications. When combustion machine is used, because the equipped boiler and combustion machine factory adjustment boiler trial is not consistent, so the general need to adjust the throttle, sometimes also need to replace the appropriate specifications and injection Angle of the nozzle.
4. The ambient temperature of the burner shall not exceed 70℃; otherwise, measures of cooling and heat insulation shall be taken. When used in colder areas, appropriate insulation measures should be taken for the oil storage device and the supply and return pipeline system to prevent the oil route from being blocked by freezing. At the same time, the control circuit part of the burner shall not be subject to moisture or high temperature. Please turn off the burner when sweeping the chimney.
5, the motor should pay attention to moisture, avoid using in a humid environment.
6, the combustion machine should be installed in a balanced, suitable for horizontal or vertical use, avoid inclined use.
7. When it is inconvenient to operate the burner directly, external control switch and electrical protection device should be connected.
8. Frequently check whether the connection between the burner and each component is firm, loose or not, and whether the position is changed or not.
9, when the combustion machine started, strictly prevent the sudden spurt of fire injury and damage.
