The size of the crater brick includes the length and diameter of the crater brick.In general, in order to facilitate the burner head into the boiler, the actual diameter of the burner brick is 20~25mm larger than that of the burner head.The actual length of firehole brick is designed according to the technical requirements of boiler structure and burner.
The gap between the boiler throat and burner head after installation should be filled with aluminum silicate blanket to ensure thermal insulation.
Asbestos rope must be installed in the interface of burner and front furnace wallboard to ensure no smoke leakage.
